A Drop-off Playgroup for Children Ages 3-5

The Amherst Early Education Center at Crocker Farm Elementary School introduces a drop-off playgroup for children ages 3-5 on Friday mornings. The playgroup is led by Crocker Farm Preschool staff and provides a variety of social and play opportunities in a group setting. Snack is provided. 

When: Fridays from 9:00-12:00 
Where: Crocker Farm Elementary
Starting: September 2017 
Cost: Sliding fee scale

Jones Library Programs for Kids and Teens

 

Laser Tag at the Jones???

Follow the Jones Library to stay informed about awesome programs for kids and teens! Yesterday they had an impromptu Lego Club in the afternoon. Regular programs include preschool story hours, kid yoga classes, after school book clubs, art and crafts events, and feature films. They recently added a teen Laser Tag party!

Preschool Screenings

Wondering if your child is developing as they should be?

The Amherst Public Schools will be providing free Developmental Screenings for children ages 3 - 5 years.

Developmental Screening is a quick look at your child's overall development:

*Speech/Language

*Gross and Fine Motor

*Memory

*Ability to Reason 

*Color Naming and Counting

Screenings will be held on Friday, February 5th at Crocker Farm School.
