Attention Stop & Shop Customers!
If you already shop at Stop & Shop and have a Stop & Shop card, here's an easy and painless way to raise money for Fort River: register for the A+ Bonus Bucks program.
Starting Oct. 3, 2008 through Apr. 2, 2009, Fort River will have the opportunity to earn cash through this program. All you have to do is fill out a Registration Card. Fort River's school ID number is 05218. Then:
Drop it off at any Stop & Shop store
OR
Log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register online. (Please note: When you enter your Stop & Shop card number, you have to include 13 digits. Start with the small numbers to the left of the bar code, then the 10 digits under the bar code, then the digit to the right of the bar code.)
OR
Dial 1-877-366-2668 to register over the phone
OR
send Ann McLaughlin an email with your card number and the first 3 digits of the last name associated with the card and I'll do it for you!
After you register your card, each shopping trip at a participating Stop & Shop Store using your Stop & Shop card earns CASH for our school! Each month, the amount of cash awarded will be updated on the Stop & Shop website. Our school will receive a check at the end of the program. The money can be used for any of our school's' educational needs.
Remember, even if you registered your card last year, you need to re-register this year for our school to receive credit. Last year we earned $1,331.98, which we used to buy and install new picnic tables at the new playground! Let's try to top last year's total!
Also, don't forget to encourage your friends and relatives to register their own Stop & Shop cards! The more people who are registered, the more money Fort River gets! Again Fort River's school id number is 05218.
