Amherst Leisure Services has
partnered with the University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute to
carry
out a recreational programming needs assessment and comprehensive
strategic plan. The final plan will provide the department with a
vision, mission and strategic direction for the next three to five
years. Information gathered from the community will be a
vital part of this process. Participation via surveys and
community-wide input gathering/visioning sessions is crucial. Join a Community Meeting on either Tuesday, 10/29 at 6:30 PM at Crocker
Farm Elementary School Cafeteria or Thursday, 11/21
at 5:30 PM at Wildwood Elementary School Cafeteria.
