As the snow comes down outside, you might be wondering how
to find out if the library is closed due to winter weather. We try to
announce the closing on our website and social media as soon as possible.
You can also call the library closure line at 413-259-3094. In
general, the libraries close when other town offices close due to winter
weather.

Early Closing @ the Jones

The Jones Library will close at 3 pm on Friday, December 15 for the Town of Amherst Employee Holiday Party.
The North Amherst branch will be open regular hours that day, so you can visit us there from 2 - 5:30 pm!
