Looking for Room Parents and Volunteers
The
PGO is looking for classroom parents and other volunteers!
The classroom parents serve as a vital link between teachers and families. There can be more than one per class! Each teacher asks their volunteers to help in ways that suit them and their classrooms, so the tasks vary. You may be asked to inform parents about classroom events, coordinate getting snacks for the class, plan classroom events, etc. See if your classroom needs a room parent: http://ftriver.blogspot.com/p/room-parents.html (even if there is someone listed, many hands make light work!)

Staff Welcome Breakfast
Help us welcome back our fantastic teachers and staff by providing them with the fuel needed to get through their first day back at school! They'll be working hard all day to prepare for our students' arrival the following day, so not only breakfast items, but snacks, etc would be appreciated!
Please deliver your donations to the school between 8:30-9am on Tuesday. If this time does not work for you, please email Elizabeth at elizabeth.fortriver@gmail.com to make other arrangements. The PGO is providing bagels so we've got that covered! Thanks so much!
