we have been communicating almost only through emails, we wanted to
also make sure that anyone that did want to be included has one more
opportunity. We have reopened the link to the google form through
Friday, February 4, 2022. You will find that here: https://docs.google.com/forms/
We will send out the final copy on Sunday, February 6th.
